i am doing my bio homework now on a saturday morning. eh wait, it's already 2pm! hahaha
ok it feels like a morning because of the cool weather i suppose.

so anyways, WIKIPEDIA ROCKS!
i thought the teachers were out of their minds for giving us homework which we dont know how to do!
so i went to search for stuff like golgi bodies, lysosome, nuclear membrane, nucleolus, mitochonrion, etc on wikipedia. i was enjoying myself doing bio hw.. really.
then... i flipped my notes...
everything is there.
and i was like "YA ALLAH! EVERYTHING IS HERE!"

when i was in secondary school, whenever a teacher asked a question to the class, i would answer but the teachers rarely heard my response.
today i realised (maybe it's just my perception) that every single word i mutter, the tutors in yjc could hear during tutorials. according to mr seoh, he can hear every single thing anyone said even in lecture theatres.
it's so weird.
maybe in sec sch there's like 37 people in class but in jc's tutorials there's only about 20people or so... and the room is more enclosed, so the teachers can hear better?

speaking of hearing... i heard that digging the ears everyday is actually bad for the ears.
it may cause deafness?
i feel affected because i dig my ears every day..
so forgive me if i cant hear properly..
heheh...

my mom is at her company's Dinner & Dance.
oh my she looked gorgeous la.
so much for asking me to not spend so much on prom.. she got herself a new top, a new pair of pants, a pair of nice wedges, a scarf and a gorgeous handbag!
and what did i get for prom?!
a pair of shoes and a tube top.
everything else belongs to nasuha.

hahahahh.
so yeah, my sister and i helped her out with the makeup.
she's the pretty lady in PINK today.
hope she's having fun.
too bad my dad's working.

speaking of which, i havent seen my dad in dayysssss...
i reach home on the average of 5pm everyday, he goes to work at about 2pm maybe? im not sure.. i leave home every morning at about 7 and he's always asleep at that time. he comes home late at night when i'm asleep.. sad eh. the last time i saw him was probably on monday night when i woke up at 3am in the morning to eat lozenges cos i was coughing so badly. i wasnt wearing my specs but i think he was sleeping on the couch. so yeah i miss my dad.

today, i miss shirley again. hope you feel better.. if u need anything, u can ask me, ill try my best to help ;) even though she pays attention more than me, i think.

today is also a very giggly day. i think everyone's laughter is just so contagious!
it's like.. nurul and diyanah and me can look at each other during GP class and start laughing at each other for no apparent reason. it's so weirdly funny. hahah. and syu, she can start laughing at any random moments. hahahahah. crazy people. LOL.

i called hayati just now to ask if she wants to go jogging.
suddenly, it started raining.
so we ended up talking on the phone instead.
hahaha

my grandmother said something like "dari mata jatuh ke hati" just now.
it sounds so nice.
in direct translation it's from the eyes, drop to the heart. (actually hati is liver. jantung is heart. but nvm that)
it means smth like love at first sight ah.... i think.

it was totally disappointing when hayati cancelled our appointment in the afternoon.
i had practically NOTHING to do at home...
i was pretty down la, i suppose..
i lazed around... went online.. did nothing.. went to northpoint and got some stuff.. heh.

at around 8+, i watching the news with my mom and sister..
suddenly i heard a knock on the door.
first thing that i thought of was "who the hell is that? newspaper aunty la probably.."
then i went to the door and peeped thru the whole and saw a GROUP of pple..
it was kinda dark so i couldnt see who..
so i thought "OMG! RELATIVES?!?!"
then i opened the door, i was surprised to find my wonderful friends saying "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" at my doorstep!!

so anyways, they brought a cake, pizzas, snacks, haikal made muffins (wow! haha).. hayati got me shades (yay! now i got TWO! :D); amelia got me a GREEN hp pouch, a reaaally nice purple candle and some 'scratch and win' card; huda got me lots and lots of candies! hahah, of which one is a HUGE LOLLIPOP!!, lots of bubblegums :D and a hp accessory; syafiqah and ruzaini got me a lovely mini cake, and some kind of puff?, and body shop's shower gel and body lotion! yayy! hahah THANKS GUYS! I LOVE YOU PPLE TO THE MAX! (:

we ate and played a game called cherade or smth. the finale was hilarious. omgsh. ruz had to act out FORTUNE FADED! hahahah.



so anyways, i think we all had fun right.. thanks you guys for everthing, i cant thank you guys enough (:
i couldnt sleep last night because i couldnt stop smiling.
you people really made my day(night)!

today, i had a major hangover(apple tea, peach tea). HURHUR. i didnt feel like going to school at all! with 5 hours of sleep, who'd have thought i'd enjoy myself at the end of the day?!

started off with some orientation games... some were fun, some were boring. i kno, very descriptive eyy. harhar.. we didnt get to play some stuff because apparently, some guys went missing.

left for the scouts campsite at about 1pm. I slept in the bus even though it was such a short distance, according to kayathri. hahah

we reported at base2 for our first activity, where we had to hold hands and go thru hula hoops without letting go of each other's hands. the objective was to break the barrier between guys and girls or smth like that ah. we have to learn how to get comfortable (?!?! hahah) with touching each other. right. we were given points for every base for cheering, teamwork and the activity itself!

we covered all the bases except for base 1 - the wettest of all.

OH YEAH i forgot im not supposed to reveal what happened today.

reached class at around 7.45AM, did some administrative stuff then we played GAMES once the CTs left! played games like 007, small fish big fish, and err those kinda stuff la.. pretty hilarious la. i made a new friend in my ctg. his name is yen shi i think.. i know i loved our 'skit'! hahahah

proceeded to the hall, got into our subhouses so that we can play the mass game among all the subhouses from other houses. err. yeah. there was a mass captain's ball tournament. 5 teams, 3 balls. really cool! i didnt play though. thankfully not, because the guys seemed pretty violent. hurhur.

the AMAZING RACE!

we werent very enthusiastic initially. everyone seemed so lethargic and not in the mood. so it started out to be incredibly boring! my eyes were dry and tired. i just felt like sleeping. furthermore, it was nurul's nap time! hahahhah. Subhouses 5 walked all the way to yishun mrt station, boarded the train and headed towards orchard where we're supposed to go to hard rock cafe. crapped with CS Baboon on the train. she is one animated girl! hahah. finally reached orchard where we had to rush all the way to hardrock cafe. each subhouse had to fold 7 stars/hearts using straws. noone except weijie knew how to fold. and THANKFULLY, he knew how to fold them FAST. we had to go up to strangers and give them the hearts with a note saying "Have a nice day!" and say "Hi! I'm from YJC! Have a nice day!" and smile. i think we were the first grp to finish, so YAY! hahah. then we ran(walked in a fast manner) to cineleisure where we tookaway our lunch to eat at the scapepark or smth. we were the 1st grp to reach there! :D

next stop was the Youth Park where we had to use sticks to pick up the string and make a circle. that was done, so we walked briskly to somerset mrt station to GO BACK TO YISHUN! from yishun we RAN ALL THE WAY TO THE PARK behind the mosque/library, went UP THE HILL just to do a pretty dumb but easy task. each grp was divided into 2.. my group (abt 6 pple) had to put our arms around each other, balance ourselves on leg, stick out our tongues and jump for one round. we were standing in a circle la. the other grp had to count the number of steps down the hill! hahah. after that we had a REALLY MINI BREAK, where we bought refreshments and out kind OGLs got us mosquito repellents in preparation for the next 'activity'!

ran back to yishun mrt station to to go YCK. I SAW CHERYL THAM YI JUN!! i realised, then, i had good instincts. whenever i come to YCK, i think of cheryl! hahaha. ok so yeah, after that, took bus 70 to some deserted Jalan Kayu place, where we had to walk for 10000km (exaggerating) till we reach the next destination! it was SERIOUSLY... tiring. but it's ok la. can lose weight. hurhur. when we finally reached the animal resort (seletar famrway something something there), we were told that we were dismissed after attendance was taken. after WALKING FOR ABOUT A DECADE, they said we could go back, which means ANOTHER DECADE OF WALKING LA! hahah. but i didnt mind that much ah. except i got a little pissed off because royston disappeared and didnt pick up my calls. turned out that HE GOT A LIFT FROM A LORRY, which means HE DIDNT HAVE TO WALK 10YEARS TO GET OUT OF THAT JUNGLE(not really)!

reached home at 8+.. really enojyable. (:
i love my subhouse, Admiralty 5!
there's me, Nurul, Diyanah, CS Baboon, Dawn, Victoria, Angie, Sutha, Kayatri, Xinyi, Natalie, Vanessa, Weijie, Nicholas, KenLey?, CangYun (?), Salim (i think) and i dunno who else. heh. CS is really crazy. she names people from JAM, to TOAST to FRIDGE, to EVERYTHING ELSE YOU CAN FIND IN THE WORLD! hahah

this is the first time in ages that i'm writing a story of my day.

oh yeah! on the way back, i saw SYAFIQAH! she just got back from work. aww.. hahah. and i can tell that diyanah and royston(sunny) are getting along pretty well. lol.

actually i dunno what else to say. before this, i was taking about 5min to think of what to type next. my brain is exhausted. hurhur. will be having dinner with the AJs later on! cant wait!
